The best Google Search Console MCP servers in 2026

Six ways to give ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor your Search Console data: three hosted services and three open-source servers that you run yourself.

Last updated

We make QuerySail, one of the servers on this list. We checked every other server against its own README or website on October 28, 2026. Where a project does not state a fact, we say so. If something here is wrong or out of date, email support@querysail.com and we will fix it.

Summary

Hosted servers come first, then open-source servers by GitHub stars. Google does not publish a Search Console MCP server.

The servers

QuerySail

Our product. Five tools: performance reports by query, page, country, device, date or hour; period comparisons with the top gainers and losers; URL inspection for up to 20 URLs at a time; sitemap status; and a property list. You can connect more than one Google account.

  • Good fit if you want Search Console in ChatGPT or claude.ai without running anything, or you also want Google Analytics on the same plan.
  • Check first: there is no free plan after the trial. It cannot submit sitemaps or request indexing, and it has fewer ready-made SEO analyses than Suganthan's GSC MCP.

Search Console MCP (mcpsearchconsole.com)

16 tools. Besides Search Console reports, URL inspection and sitemaps, it checks PageSpeed, DNS, redirects, robots.txt and TLS, and it can store notes about your site.

  • Good fit if you want a hosted server with a free plan, or the extra site checks.
  • Check first: it covers Search Console only, not Google Analytics. Its website does not say who operates it.

GSC Wizard

A Search Console dashboard first, with reports, alerts, scheduled reports and Slack and Teams integrations. Some properties can keep up to 10 years of history. It also offers a GA4 MCP.

  • Good fit if you want a dashboard and a long data history as well as AI access.
  • Check first: it costs more than the MCP-only options. The website does not list its MCP tools.

mcp-gsc

The most-starred Search Console MCP server on GitHub, with 2,048 stars. About 15 tools, including batch URL inspection, indexing checks and period comparisons. It can also run as a network server with Docker.

  • Good fit if you are comfortable with Google Cloud and want a free, widely used server.
  • Check first: ChatGPT and claude.ai only connect to servers on the internet, so for them you host it and secure it yourself.

mcp-server-gsc

One tool, search_analytics, with dimensions, filters and optional quick-wins detection. 280 stars on GitHub.

  • Good fit if you want one simple tool and already work with service accounts.
  • Check first: it has no URL inspection or sitemap tools, and it supports service accounts only. GitHub shows no license for the repository.

Suganthan's GSC MCP

29 tools, many of them ready-made SEO analyses: quick wins, cannibalization, content decay, CTR benchmarks, image SEO and alerts. It can also save reports as files. 166 stars on GitHub.

  • Good fit if you want ready-made SEO analyses and use Claude on your computer.
  • Check first: ChatGPT and claude.ai only connect to servers on the internet. The project says it runs no servers, so there is no hosted option.

Questions, answered

Something else? See support.

Is there an official Google Search Console MCP server?

No. We found no Search Console MCP server from Google when we checked on October 28, 2026. Google publishes an MCP server for Google Analytics, not for Search Console. Every Search Console MCP server on this page is a third-party product built on the public Search Console API.

What does a Google Search Console MCP server do?

It lets an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude read your Search Console data when you ask a question. The server offers tools, such as a performance report or a URL inspection, and the assistant calls them with the dates, filters and breakdowns your question needs.

Which Search Console MCP servers work with ChatGPT and claude.ai?

Only servers that are on the internet. Hosted servers, such as QuerySail, Search Console MCP and GSC Wizard, work there directly. An open-source server works there only if you host it on the internet and secure it yourself. Claude Desktop, Claude Code and Cursor can also start a server on your computer.

Is it safe to give an MCP server access to Search Console?

Check which Google permission it asks for. The read-only scope is webmasters.readonly. Servers that submit sitemaps need the full webmasters scope, and indexing requests need the Indexing API. A hosted server keeps your Google token, so read who runs it and its privacy policy. A server on your computer keeps the token on your computer.

Which one is cheapest?

The open-source servers are free, but you set up a Google Cloud project and run the server yourself. Among the hosted servers, Search Console MCP has a free plan with daily and monthly limits.
